EdOr is an AI writer built around source material and a visible writing process. It does not ask one model to somehow do everything at once. You build a Run from focused writing Steps, and the material moves through them in order.

1 · Give EdOr the work
Separate what the AI needs to know from what it needs to do.
The source, the assignment, the context, and the definition of success are different things. EdOr keeps them separate so the work starts from something explicit instead of a pile of instructions in one chat box.
Background, constraints, references, audience, and relevant facts.
The actual assignment: create, revise, analyze, translate, extract, compare, or something else.
What the finished work should accomplish and how a good result should be judged.
The draft, notes, document, transcript, research, data, or seed the Run will transform.
2 · Choose the Steps
Pick the writing operations the work actually needs.
EdOr comes with a library of ready-made Steps. A Step is a focused writing operation: one may extract the central idea, another develop substance, another critique assumptions, another translate, restructure, compress, or write.
3 · Put the Steps in order
That sequence is a Run.
Choose the Steps that fit the assignment and arrange them into the order you want the material to move through. Reconfigure the Run and you change how the work develops.
4 · Build different Runs for different assets
One source. Different Runs. Different finished assets.
The source does not have to change. Change the Run and the same material can be developed for a different purpose, audience, format, or channel.
5 · Save Runs and use them again
Reuse the method, not just the result.
Same Run. New material.
Once a sequence works, replace the source and run the same method again for the next piece of work that needs the same treatment.
Same material. New Run.
Keep the source and change the Steps, their order, the Role, the Mode, or the number of loops. Take the same material somewhere else deliberately.
Same material + new Run = change what the work becomes.
6 · Inspect every transformation
See what happened at every Step.
EdOr keeps the work between your source and the final result visible. You can see what each Step received, what it changed, and what it passed forward.

9 · Extend the library
Add new writing Steps when you need them.
Your team may need a Step that does not exist yet. Perhaps every draft must follow a specific editorial standard. A translation may need a defined review method. A technical document may need facts extracted in a particular structure.
EdOr’s library is meant to grow. Create new Steps, Roles, or Modes and combine them with the ones already there.
