# MODULE LANGUAGE
The **Module Language** defines how a System Initialization Specification (SIS) document is parsed and structurally interpreted.
It defines symbols, markers, parsing rules, and invariants.
It does not define workflows, execution behavior, behavioral outcomes, or optimization strategies.
The Language Module governs only the system prompt region, not the public article wrapper.
## STRUCTURE AND HIERARCHY
